The girls’ tennis team started off their season with a tough and hard-fought loss to a strong Dalton team. Sonia Singh, playing her first match in the #1 singles spot, tested her opponent with consistent and smart play. Playing in the second singles spot, new member of the team Emma Fetner put up a tremendous fight against a very difficult opponent. Cate Goldsmith played a grueling three set match before being defeated, and Allie Molner and Isabella Berland fell in the first doubles spot. The second doubles team, made up of Emma Bhayani and Izzy Sellon, was victorious.
