Junior Charlie Wind made a lot of New Year’s resolutions when he was younger, but has not done it in the last couple years and did not make any resolutions this year. However, he wants to work on being happier and working harder. “If you are happy then a lot of other things go better,” he notes. There is nothing he wants to change in his life, so he wants to keep things where they are going into the new year. Whenever he makes resolutions he tends to forget about them soon after New Year’s, because it is not his priority once school starts. Resolutions are not necessary just because a new year starts, so he thinks that they should not be forced.
