Charlotte Frazier is a sophomore and staff/writer of the Dial. She is from Mamaroneck and enjoys spending her time running, playing lacrosse, and hanging out with her friends and family. She has two other sisters at Hackley who have all been here since 6th grade, and she has been on two varsity sports since the 8th grade.
