On January 8, Hackley trounced Holy Child in the Hackley gym 61-36. While both teams played well at both ends, Hackley led big at halftime, and continued to roll behind seniors Stef Frolo and Ally Mueller. Frolo dominated throughout the game, scoring 17 points and adding 11 rebounds and 6 blocks. Mueller also played well, adding 14 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists. Sophomore Sammy Mueller tallied 13 points, along with 9 steals. Hackley travels to Horace Mann to take on their rivals on January 10, looking to push their record to 10-2.
