After only scoring 10 points in the first half, the girls’ varsity basketball team needed a halftime fix, and they got it. On January 10, playing at Horace Mann, the team scored 37 second half points to trounce Horace Mann 47-11. Senior captain Ally Mueller scored 24 points, along with 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Senior captain Stef Frolo added 10 points and 7 rebounds, and senior Laurel Cassidy added 8 rebounds and 4 steals on the defensive end. The team travels to Fieldston on January 13, hoping to extend their win streak to six games.
