Staying in shape over winter break

Push-ups
The classic push-up is one of the best ways to help you stay in shape. This strengthens your chest, shoulders, triceps, and of course your core.
Lunges
When performed correctly, with knee bent at a 90° angle, upper body upright, and a horizontally aligned pelvis, you can’t go wrong with this bodyweight exercise. This works your glutes, hamstrings, abdominal, and back muscles while improving your balance.
Crunches
The ordinary crunch is a great way to stay in shape over the holidays and truly define and strengthen those abdominal muscles.
Plank
Taking it a step further, the plank works to tighten the deeper core muscles. Set a time goal and really push yourself to reach it.
Hip Raises
Sounds easy, right? It is important to squeeze your glutes and raise your hips as close to a straight line as possible.
