Tyler Stern is a sophomore and a staff writer. This is his first year as a writer for the Dial. Tyler is from New York City and enjoys golfing, cooking, and swimming. Tyler swims in the winter, golfs in the spring, and has a younger sister in the Middle School at Hackley.

Another popular item at the bake sale were the chocolate covered pretzels, with both the original milk chocolate pretzel and a Fruity Pebble cereal pretzel as well.

The most popular baked good at the bake sale was the classic chocolate chip cookie, with multiple varieties brought in by Hackley students.

Freshman Charlotte Cantor presents her "exhibit" for Ms. Stanek's World History Museum project focused around "Emancipation: Voices of Freedom and The Unfinished Project." Charlotte presented her exhibit on "The Equiano Effect."
