Last Monday the varsity field hockey team won their opener against JFK from Somers, 6-0. Hackley was dominant throughout the game, and played aggressive offense. Gianna D’Alessio had two goals, while Caroline Chmiel added a goal and two assists. Julia Baker, Ally Petitti, and Isabel Hayward also added goals. Andrea McCree and Arielle Stern added one assist per piece. Goalies Aley Longo and Morgan Connor combined for the shutout.
