On November 1, one week before Election Day, history teacher Steve Fitzpatrick’s Government and Politics class enlightened Upper School students and faculty with various presentations on topics relating to the upcoming presidential election. The students presented on topics ranging from the Electoral College to the concurrent House and Senate elections. Nate Silver’s website FiveThirtyEight’s election forecast was shown to provide a visual aid for and further explanations of the students’ presentations. See the gallery below for photos from the assembly.
