Hackley Salutes Class of 2017 at 118th Commencement

On Saturday, June 10th, Hackley held its 118th annual Commencement activities. Seniors Uriel Garcia and Isabella Ampil addressed their class as this year’s Salutatorian and Valedictorian, respectively, speaking highly of their Hackley experiences and their futures as graduates.
Accompanying their speeches was Allison Pataki’s commencement address. A renowned New York Times Bestselling author and Hackley alumna Allison Pataki ’03 returned to the Hilltop from Chicago, IL to give the address. She spoke of her experiences as an alumna, fondly recalling her experiences on the Hilltop and its impact on her life, both in college and in her career.
