Hackley Girls' Varsity Soccer plays in the Dave Allison Game, proudly wearing their pink jerseys. The team is honored to dedicate the game to Mr. Dave Allison, celebrating his memory and the lasting impact he had. With every kick and cheer, they strive to embody his spirit and passion for the game.

Freshmen designed boats and ores with materials including cardboard and duct tape. “It was so fun being able to bond with my advisory,” said freshman Katie Yalmokas, “The whole boat building was so fun, and being in the boat was a funny yet fun experience.”

Senior Ethan Niewinski dressed up for "Clash Day." He paired a Christmas sweater with an Adidas fanny pack and a fedora. Other students clashed different colors and patterns.

The novel "I Have Some Question For You" by Rebecca Makkai was a popular book that one of the book groups read. All of the book circles had novels of all different genres and opened many discussions for the students to have.

Reading Groups Make a Mark On the Hilltop

For the past six months, senior Frances Clifford has used her iPad for the majority of her note-taking. Whether it be taking notes on videos, presentations in class, or doing practice problems, she prefers typing out her notes by hand. The iPad has allowed her to do this while also giving her the ability of keeping her work stored in one place. “I found that typing out my notes often gave me too much information and handwriting them allowed me to weave out unnecessary information while simultaneously allowing me to process the information better,” said Frances.
