The fields were buzzing with energy at yesterday’s Fall Sting with the girls’ teams dominating the night. Girls’ Varsity Tennis won 3-2 against Horace Greeley with senior Alex Hayward and junior Kit Greenberg winning first doubles, sophomores Leah Holmes and Maggie Broaddus winning second doubles, and junior Sam Rosenstein winning third singles.

Girls’ Varsity Field Hockey won 8-1 against Riverdale.

Girls’ Varsity Soccer came out victorious with a 2-1 win against the Falcons.

Boys’ Varsity Soccer faced a tough game against the Riverdale Falcons, losing 3-1.

To end the Sting, students came out to support Varsity Football at their night game. Clad in black, white, and yellow, the Hornets exhibited pride and supported the team throughout a tough game, which ended in a  20-0 loss to Albertus Magnus.
