Outside of the Dial, she plays three varsity sports and is a co-captain of the Varsity Softball team and loves her two cats.

The stuffed potato patties, similar to Spanish arepas, is made from a special potato unique to Latin America. This is called the Papa Chola and is often replaced by the Yukon Gold Potato when the dish is cooked outside Ecuador.
