Within the past few months many colleges have made the switch back to requiring test scores. Although the reasons varied, the overarching theme was a push for making sure that students from underrepresented communities do not have a disadvantage in the admission process. Standardized testing allows for every student to be on the same playing field.

The girls and boys basketball teams ran the bake sale for the Coaches vs Cancer tournament. The profits were donated to the American Cancer Society. The teams raised a combined over 1400 dollars.
