Student ambassadors, wearing yellow shirts, are gathered in the lobby of the Johnson Center. In the morning, they checked in prospective families and directed them to their demonstration lessons. Prior to families gathering in the Varsity Gym to hear initial remarks, the lobby was buzzing with families socializing and grabbing a bite to eat before the event.

Students of every division could be found working on the orchard. Mr. Wright, an Upper School math teacher, often brought his AB calculus students outside to help out. These much needed breaks gave students the opportunity to enjoy the warm weather. They started off the work by placing the soil into carts to be brought down to the main orchard.
